You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund.
For alternative sizes, you will need to place a new order. Not to worry though, this is usually way quicker than waiting for an exchange to be processed.

The return cost is at your own expense but for our customers based in Ireland we recommend using the ReBOUND return service for a more affordable, fully tracked option.
Complete the Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) form.
Pack up your parcel. Include your order confirmation if possible. Ensure your RAN number is clearly on the outside of the parcel.
Write the address below on the outside of your parcel, once you have done this you may purchase shipping from the courier of your choice and the item may be returned to us.
If you return with ReBOUND, you will be able to pay for your return postage online, print out your local return label and ReBOUND will keep you informed on your parcels return journey: ReBOUND returns

Upon inspection of the returned product, Nightgear will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Nightgear reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
